DDA may merge 1 BHK units soon


There has been a lot of talk about changing the pattern of BHK apartments to make them interesting and attractive for the buyers. The Delhi Development authority has taken the decision to alter the market by changing the design of 1 BHK apartments and make it more appealing for the customers. The DDA might as well quickly break down the walls and combine the apartments and put them under 2 BHK apartments.

The sales of 1 BHK department have come down drastically, and this is naturally a reason why the authority came up with the decision.
