DDA may merge 1 BHK units soon

There has been a lot of talk about changing the pattern of BHK apartments to make them interesting and attractive for the buyers. The Delhi Development authority has taken the decision to alter the market by changing the design of 1 BHK apartments and make it more appealing for the customers. The DDA might as well quickly break down the walls and combine the apartments and put them under 2 BHK apartments.

Decision of the DDA:

The sales of 1 BHK department have come down drastically, and this is naturally a reason why the authority came up with the decision. The Delhi government has hence thought of converting these buildings into units of 2 BHK apartments so that they sell off faster. They have also started working on the same, and by the end of this year, there may be a huge number of converted 2 BHK projects, which will be useful for the people in Delhi, since they probably do not prefer the usage of 1 BHK project.
